Introduction

This agreement contains the terms and conditions to be carried out during registration,shopping,sales and other actions carried out at the store’s website AZALIA WHOLESALE.

Using the site Azalia Wholesale or buying goods from this site,you agree with the Terms of Use and accept them completely.

This agreement is subject to applicable legal requirements of Lithuania. AZALIA WHOLESALE store has the right to change the general conditions without notice to Customer. Changes are gaining strength since publication on the page and are not subject for discussion.When making a purchase,customer agrees and acknowledges that he is familiar,fully read and understand all the provisions in this agreement .

Rule n°1

The Customer may :
1.1 place the order and pay for purchases at AZALIA WHOLESALE store if his(her) age is 18 years and older;
1.2 leave a comment on the product ;
1.3 participate in activities and sales of the shop ;
1.4 to subscribe and receive shop`s notifications and news;

Rule n°2 (Registration)

The Customer shall:
2.1 carefully to use the software of shop AZALIA WHOLESALE;
2.2 during registration to specify the correct mailing address , electronic mail address , full name , and other information necessary for ordering.
2.3 to control the correct shipping address before confirming the order.
2.4 to store and do not to transfer to third parties account details at AZALIA WHOLESALE store.The Customer password is protected by the customer. The Customer is responsible for providing the password to third parties. Store AZALIA WHOLESALE is not responsible for delays and/or additional costs of shipping in consequence of an incorrectly specified email address.
2.5 the Wholesale Customers without VAT number must register on B2B Registration page. After our approval, they will receive confirmation email with login details.

Rule n°3 (Order)

After logging in the wholesale account, the Customer will see the discounted prices.
3.1the prices for the products of our shop are wholesale and without VAT , The VAT and  postage price will be added at the Checkout page. For the VAT customers of EU countries, the prices are calculated without VAT;
3.2 all rules for minimum purchase you can see when you add the product to the cart;
3.3 after submitting your order, wait email with bank details;
3.4 proceed to payment only after our second confirmation letter about your order, because if something be out of stock, you can replace missing items and the sum of the order will be corrected

Rule n°4 (Payment)

4.1 AZALIA WHOLESALE accepts payment by Bank Transfer.
4.2 The order must be paid within three (3 ) calendar days from the date of the order.Before payment the status of the order will be On Hold.
4.3 after submitting the order, the Customer must wait a email with bank details and order reference.But proceed to payment only after our second confirmation letter about the order, because if something be out of stock, the Customer can replace missing items and the sum of the order will be corrected.
4.4 the Customer need to specify the order reference when paying through the bank.
4.5 after the payment, the Customer will receive the confirmation letter with the invoice.
4.6 AZALIA has the right to cancel the order, if the customer will not pay for his order. After the cancellation of the order all reserved goods are returned in the online shop for sale.

Rule n°5 (Cost of Delivery)

5.1 local and international delivery carried out by courier.
5.2.local delivery cost depends of quantity of boxes.Usually 1 box till 30kg costs 10 euro + VAT.
5.3 international delivery cost depends on the country.

Rule n°6 (Terms of Delivery)

6.1 Terms of delivery depends on the country and can take from 3 till 14 days.

Rule n°7

We pack your order so carefully to be guaranteed delivered to you without damage.
Shop AZALIA WHOLESALE not responsible for damage of the goods , which was properly packed , after sending them assigned representative firm providing transportation services .
With the appropriate complaints , please contact directly to the representatives of the carrier.

Rule n°8

All rights to the design, name, logo, website content store AZALIA WHOLESALE owned store AZALIA WHOLESALE, which is under the direction and control of  UAB VALEKSIA.

Rule n°9

All customer information is the property of the store store AZALIA WHOLESALE, is considered confidential and shall not be disclosed, sold to third parties for commercial purposes and not in any other form.

This agreement is governed by applicable legislation of the Republic of Lithuania. In case of disagreement, if the agreement does not contain solutions to disputes, the parties refer to the current legislation of the Republic of Lithuania.
